By placing an order with Two Crows Customs, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Custom Work & Approvals
- All products are custom-made to order.
- Mock-ups or proofs will be provided before engraving.
- Customer approval is required in writing (email, text, or message) prior to production.
- Once approved, engraving will begin and no changes, cancellations, or refunds are allowed.
2. Payment
- Full payment is required before production begins.
- Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and subject to change without notice.
3. Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are shipped primarily through USPS unless otherwise arranged.
- Shipping times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
- Two Crows Customs is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
4. Limitation of Liability
- Two Crows Customs is not liable for:
- Errors in spelling, dates, or details approved by the customer during the proofing process.
- Damage, loss, or theft after shipment has been accepted by USPS.
- Normal wear and tear of products after delivery.
5. Intellectual Property
- All designs, artwork, and materials created by Two Crows Customs remain the property of the business and may not be reproduced without permission.
- Customer-provided artwork must not infringe on copyrights or trademarks. The customer assumes full responsibility for any licensing issues.
6. Privacy & Communication
- Customer information is used only to process and ship orders.
- By placing an order, you consent to receive order updates via email, text, or messaging platform used at the time of purchase.
7. Governing Law
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
- Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Tarrant County, Texas.
